Hennessy Artistry is blending the finest in South African music talent as Afro-funk songstress Zamajobe is joined in East London by leading DJs – Lulo Café, DJ Loyd and ProVerb to mark the fifth build-up event for the annual Hennessy Artistry 2010 campaign. On September 4th, Man’s Pub in Mdantsane will set the scene for an afternoon event from 14h00, followed by an evening Hennessy Artistry party at Talamanca Music Lounge from 22h00.
Two Hennessy parties in the city of East London will ensure music fans are rocking to the sounds of this year’s project which blends four distinctive musical genres and showcases top home grown music talent. Both events are a precursor to the star studded Halo Event, a finale concert, which will take place on 11 September in Johannesburg.
Hennessy Artistry embodies the philosophy of the art of blending – both unique musical talent and also the finest mixed drinks. One remaining build up event will take place in Soweto ahead of the exclusive Halo Event, which will be headlined by Liquideep, Zamajobe, Teargas and GoodLuck. The events all form part of the global Hennessy Artistry campaign, culminating in an ultra-exclusive VIP concert in New York.
